Jay's Photography pride ourselves in offering outstanding service, this is why when you book with us, we guarantee that you will pay no more than the price quoted at the time of booking. ( subject to last minute changes/adjustments made and agreed by both client and photographer)

All images taken at your photoshoot will be presented via digital download or USB stick. We also offer a Canvas and Photo printing service at an extra cost.

We can also direct you to businesses that will copy, re-print and enlarge your images for you. Jay's Photography will not be held liable if you encounter any problems with our recommendations.

All location photoshoot's will take place in a private and secure environment as health and safety are important to us.

On the odd occasion where we can not offer a private session, we will do our up most to avoid interference and/or disturbance.

You, (the client) hereby give Jay's Photography permission to use your images for possible forms of advertisement to promote the business* All images are copyrighted by Jay's Photography. It is illegal and unlawful to scan, copy or re produce our work in any manner or medium for promotional purposes without written consent from the Photographer before hand.

All packages receive a minimum of 40 edited images in Jpeg format..

Any one found copying, advertising or promoting images taken by Jay's Photography via newspapers, magazines, leaflets, flyers, gifts or any other forms in which a client will benefit or make / collect funds from, will be prosecuted.

The use of images for social media are allowed but must display or be credited with a Jay's Photography logo.

We've always taken data protection seriously. During 2017 and 2018, we've been working really hard to update our processes and documentation to meet the requirements of the GDPR, the new European data protection law coming into force on 25 May 2018. As part of this work, we’ve updated our privacy policy to give you more insights into how we process your personal data.

*Jay's Photography respect that some clients will not want their images displayed for public viewing, and will adhere to clients wishes if notified before the photoshoot has taken place. All personal data will not be past on to other suppliers or sold for market research purposes. All client personal data is held for a maximum of 1 year upon which it is then destroyed.

Jay's Photography hold full Public Liability Insurance, Public indemnity Insurance and Business insurance for your extra piece of mind. 

Occasionally Jay's Photography will be accompanied by a Trainee Photographer, If you do not wish to have a student attend your Photoshoots, Please let your Photographer know prior to your session. 

  All deposits paid are non refundable, and cancellations must be in writing to Jay's Photography. Any balance owing will be issued within 14 - 21 days.  Wedding cancellations. Up to 7 weeks prior to wedding date will receive all monies paid minus the booking fee. Weddings /events cancelled 7 days or less forfeit any refund.
